All orders have a 1-3 day processing time.

Please remember we are responsible for your package until it reaches Australia Post. Once the parcels has been dropped off to our local post office, we can not control how long they take to get to you.

Twisted Western is still happy to help you if there is an issue with Australia Post. But please keep in mind, we can only try our hardest and we will not accept any disrespectful communication.
